There are plenty of ways to mount a phone holder to a motorcycle. But not all are equal. If you’re looking for a reliable smartphone mount, as OEM looking as possible, that leaves the phone in a symmetrical, stable position, this is as good as it gets. At least on anything smaller than a Gold Wing. What’s better, it’s easy and cheap to do. If you are looking for the best way to professionally mount your smartphone to your bike, you’ve come to the right place. Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. And part of that is due to reduced visibility. Everything we can do to tip the scale in our favor helps: high-viz gear, riding with the headlight/high-beam on, loud mufflers… Finally, one thing that can help raise safety via increased visibility is a motorcycle brake light modulator! Especially with drivers who like to get a little too close at red lights. It’s a cheap little device that pulsates your brake light to make it more salient and obvious. Here I’m going to run you through the steps to install it.

So sometime ago, I upgraded some Kevlar jeans to give them maximum protection in a casual looking package. Among the upgrades was a custom tailbone protector. Though I looked around for a commercial option first, apparently no one sold standalone, CE rated tailbone protectors. I decided the cheapest and easiest way to get one would be to cut up a cheap D3O CE Level 1 Back Protector and use that. With the material I had left over, I made some custom motorcycle hip armor for some other riding jeans I had. This is that. Surprisingly, the result was so good that these days I’d rather do it again than buy the commercial solutions. To see how I did it, keep reading. It’s one thing to bolt or stick on accessories, but drilling into your trunk (or any other part of your car’s bodywork for that matter) is not for the faint of heart. This guide is pretty much aimed at giving anybody the confidence to drill their trunk in order to install a Genesis Coupe Rear Spoiler. The OEM, or non-OEM version. If you don’t have a Genesis, than it’s still probably a pretty decent starting point if their isn’t a specific spoiler install tutorial for your vehicle. Have you ever had the craving of both a pizza…and a motorcycle ride? I sure have. I try to use my motorcycle whenever I can, and a pizza run is no exception. More so considering that I’d feel guilty spending extra gas money on fetching junk food in a car. If you’ve ever wanted to comfortably carry pizza on a sport bike, check out this universal insulated pizza bag. And no. Balancing it on the gas tank between your elbows doesn’t count as comfortable.
